Send an email with your queries including the name and model of the product and a clear description of the problem.

The following rules apply to returns:

1) The customer should apply for an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) with our support department. This can be done by e-mail together with the invoice number.
2) The products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
If the packaging is damaged, a cancellation fee can be charged of 10-30% after assessment. 
3) The return shipment must be adequately stamped.
4) A written complaint description and a copy of the invoice must be included in the return shipment.
5) Full name, address and bank account details must be provided. 

Without RMA number and invoice return shipments cannot be accepted.
If a return shipment does not comply with the above rules, we shall charge a handling and administrative fee of EUR 20.00.

(Translation) software of which the packaging was opened cannot be returned.
